P90X
My news year resulution was to finish the excercise program, P90x. Jedidiah, you know it for sure. Well I just finished it right before easter. I saw the sun rise every morning working out at 5:30am on our front porch.
I'm pretty sure you shipped your P90X out of NC because we can't find it. But we bought the series on eBay for $60 and start full-blown next week. I wish I had your 5am discipline! But I do one of those workouts and I can't walk across the room. I think we are much better off doing it at the end of the day after work. Congrats on your progress.
Can you email me what order they are supposed to go in? Katie says it's not the order they are in the case. We started with plyometrics and got about 37 minutes in before we collapsed. That was not a good starter for us.
